OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Standard & Express Delivery

• Delivery available to selected Brisbane and Moreton Bay council postcodes only.
• All orders will be processed as Authority to Leave – please ensure you complete the delivery instructions section to advise our driver of a safe place to leave the order if you are not at home.
• Brisk Transport will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order. Our delivery is to the building's entrance unless specified otherwise. Please note that we are not able to give specific days or times for delivery.
• Brisk Transport days of operation for delivery are Monday to Friday.
• Minimum order eligibility is $100
• Minimum standard delivery fee is $44.00, and the cost may vary depending on your delivery address.
• Order before 10am for same day delivery, same day delivery fee is $110 inclusive of GST, selected postcodes only.
• Once your order has been placed, Brisk Transport will provide you with a confirmation email. Should you wish to amend your order details, or you have any queries, please contact the office. The office contact details can be found on your confirmation email.
• The timeframe for standard delivery is 3-5 business days to selected Brisbane and Moreton Bay council postcodes.
• Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Brisk Transport to be authorised to receive the goods.
• If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, and you have not authorised the delivery to be left unattended, Brisk Transport may charge you additional delivery fees after arranging a further delivery attempt.
• Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them, and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

• Submit a Click & Collect order by 2pm and it will be ready after 9am the next business day.
• Click & Collect orders submitted after 2pm will be available 24 hours after order was placed.
• Collection times are from 8am-2pm Monday to Friday.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

• Brisk Transport provides a 7-day return policy.
• 'Change of Mind' returns must be returned to Brisk Head Office [ 484 Bilsen Rd, Geebung QLD 4034] in saleable condition and original shipping costs are not refundable.
• The cost of returned orders are the buyers' responsibility except for returns due to an 'Incorrectly Shipped' or 'Damaged in Transit' order.
