Luke Williams18/10/2021Absolutely cannot stress this enough- these guys were AMAZING! We have them literally a days notice, and they were able to get a team together to come out and move out our entire house the next morning. Nic was great, very responsive and sticks to his word- if he says he is going to call you at 6am with an update- rest assured you’ll be getting a call at 5:30am with an update! The 3 guys that came in were phenomenal and their Tetris skills were some kind of art- we have no idea how they did it but they did! Professional, fast at responding and extremely accomodating. We wouldn’t go any other way and will definitley be calling them again if we move interstate! Thank you guys so much!

Rachael Bell09/08/2021The team made my removal from Melbourne to Brisbane pain free (especially with covid lockdowns!). There was a lot of communication beforehand and on the day I received a text letting me know the anticipated arrival time (and a call when they had finished). The team turned up on time (to the nearest minute!) and were very friendly and professional. I have to also say I am impressed that on a wet and windy Melbourne day there is no dirt or footprints inside the empty property. Overall the price was extremely good and I would definitely recommend Brisk to others moving interstate. I also like the concept of using local removalists at both cities which then helps avoid any issues of covid transfer interstate through physical movement of people…not sure why this isn’t standard across the industry yet! Well done to the Brisk team for being innovative in this. Congratulations to the team for making a move during lockdown pain and hassle free.

Definitely one of those rare company you can rely on, who understands circumstances and the added stress of moving, especially on short notice! Nick made the whole end to end process seamless. The communications from start to end, their ops manager, and the effortless work that the team conducted on both pickup and delivery was flawless- customer service with a happy friendly professional attitude from the blokes on the frontline was definitely noticeable; when was the last time removalists were given a huge pat on the back as these blokes take so much stress off us movers. Will highly recommend Nick and the team to friends and family. Once again, thank you Brisk Transport for the stress-free, trailer-free road trip from BNE and MEL.
