I don’t have time to pack, can you pack for me?
Yes, we offer packing services for customers based in Brisbane. If you are located outside our service area, we can point you toward a trusted packing provider, and your operations manager can talk you through the options available.
Do I need insurance?
Transit insurance is included with every move and covers major events, such as a rollover or collision. It does not extend to accidental damage or issues like a cracked television screen.

I want to take out insurance for the move, do I have to take it out with your provider?
No. You are welcome to arrange insurance with any provider you choose. Just let your operations manager know if you would like a suggestion, and they can steer you toward an option that suits your move.
Will my home & contents policy cover the move or storage of my goods?
It depends on your policy, so it is worth checking directly with your insurer. They will be able to confirm exactly what level of cover applies during a move or storage period.
Do you provide transit insurance, what does it cover?
Yes. Transit insurance is included with your move and covers total loss if the vehicle is involved in a serious incident, such as a rollover.

Delicate items are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account their size, weight, material and condition, so we can choose the safest handling method for each piece.
During pre-packing, fragile belongings are typically wrapped in protective materials such as bubble wrap. Where a heavier blanket could put pressure on a delicate surface, our team will use a lighter approach instead to keep the item protected.
Will my move be completed in a single day?
Most moves are completed within a single day. Larger jobs, interstate relocations or moves involving more complex access may need additional time.
What happens if my belongings don't fit into a single load?
Before moving day, your operations manager gathers details about your belongings and your property so the truck and crew can be planned accordingly.
If everything is unlikely to fit in one load, we may suggest an extra truck or additional crew ahead of time. Should anything still not fit on the day, we will arrange another truck where possible or return for a second trip to complete the job.
What items are you unable to move?
The following items cannot be included in your move:
- Commercial refrigeration units
- Items heavier than 100kg, except where we agree on specific conditions beforehand
- Flammable items such as gas bottles, fuel, oil and paint
- Opened food items
Do you work on weekends or public holidays?
We operate Monday to Saturday and do not carry out moves on public holidays.
Do you move interstate?
Yes, we carry out interstate moves between Brisbane to Melbourne and from Melbourne to Brisbane, operating Monday through Saturday in both directions.
How far out of Brisbane do you travel?
For local moves, we service areas within 300km of our Geebung base for both pickup and delivery. If your move falls outside this range, contact us to discuss your options. Availability depends on scheduling at the time of booking.
