For interstate moves, 14 days’ notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.
How much notice do Brisk need upon booking?
We recommend securing your booking as early as possible to lock in your preferred date and truck availability. For local Brisbane relocations, allowing 2 to 4 weeks is generally suitable.
For interstate moves, at least 4 weeks’ notice is recommended.
If your move is more urgent and we have availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I don’t have time to pack, can you pack for me?
If you are located in Brisbane, we can organise a packing service on your behalf. If you are outside the area, we can refer you to a trusted provider. Speak with your operations manager about available pre-packing options.
Do I need insurance?
Transit insurance is included and provides cover if your belongings are involved in a major incident such as a rollover or collision. This does not cover accidental damage or issues like cracked screens.

Yes, we handle interstate moves from Brisbane to Melbourne and from Melbourne to Brisbane, operating Monday to Saturday in both directions.
How far out of Brisbane do you travel?
For local moves, we service areas within 300km of our Geebung base for both pickup and delivery. If your move falls outside this range, contact us to discuss your options. Availability depends on scheduling at the time of booking.
